Office 365 hanging
Software hangs on "Creating Excel Workbook" and the report cannot run out to completion.
Updates automatically pushed down by Microsoft Office 365.
1. Uninstall Office 365.
2. Login to the customers Microsoft 365 profile and download a new installer.
3. Install and test.
4. If this does not work try uninstalling and reinstalling the following versions, remembering to download a new installer from the customers profile (2016 32/64 Bit or Office 2013 32/64 Bit).
