Description

Error “-2146233088, Invalid SQL query near NOT Like ‘%<value>’ when using filers does not begin with, does not end with, or does not contain when generating reports


Cause

Sage engineering is currently working on a resolution


Resolution

Workaround:

Use the filters Not Equal To, Begins With, Ends With, and Contains


Internal comments

These commands do not seem to work in the Providex versions of Sage 100 and only appear to work in the SQL versions.

Steps to duplicate - DevTrack only


1. Open Report Manager

2. Go to the Inventory Folder and copy the Inventory Status 2-8
3. Paste the report to a new folder
4. Select the report and go to the Filters tab
5. Add a filter and select ItemCode
6. Use comparison Method Does Not Begin With
7. Set the value as 1
8. Run the report
9. Will get error message
