Error: Not Available in Pastel Evolution
The following are examples of error messages that may occur:

This error can occur if some or all of the Evolution .dll's are not installed, are unregistered or are damaged on the workstation OS.
Following the below steps should rectify the issue:
1) Close Pastel Evolution and the BICenter 2) In Windows Explorer, locate the folder containing the .dll's in question. For Evolution these are generally located in C:\Program files\Common Files\Softline Pastel 3) Do a search for Regsvr32.exe on your workstation. You may locate a number of these files. Any of these will be suitable, but prefferably copy the one located in the Windows/System32 folder. 4) Copy the regsvr32.exe utility into the folder where the .dll's reside (ie. C:\Program files\Common Files\Softline Pastel) 5) Select the relevent .dll files by holding down the Control key on your keyboard and clicking on each .dll. 6) The relevent .dll files are as follows...

7) Drag and Drop the selected group of .dll files onto the regsvr32.exe icon 8) You should then get a series of messages popping up to confirm that each library file has been registered successfully 9) Click Ok on the confirmation messages 10) You should now be able to run your Evolution BIC reports You may also locate and run the PLMAINT.exe tool. Click on Tools in the PLMAINT's menu. Select Unregister Alchemex/BIC.exe COM Server. Click on Tools again, this time selecting Register Alchemex/BIC.exe COM Server. This should ensure that the libraries are registered for use with the Evolution BIC application
