Description

When using the new Account Description or Structure formula (Sage 300) the format defaults to TEXT.

Cause

The Sage300.ExcelFunctions.rdaconfig file settings does not cater for different regional settings. The Sage300.ExcelFunctions.rdaconfig has the first parameter as a multi-select and the second as a single-select.

Resolution

Here’s the change done to the Sage300.ExcelFunctions.rdaconfig file:

1) Ensure that you back up the existing Sage300.ExcelFunctions.rdaconfig

2) Replace this Sage300.ExcelFunctions.rdaconfig file in the following location, depending on the version of excel 32/64bit:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIExcelFunctions1.1\32bit

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIExcelFunctions1.1\64bit
