Description

Users are getting the error ""Error" Impicit Conversion from data type date time to int is not allowed. Use the CONVERT function to run this query" when running out financial reports 



Cause

Issue is caused by the table structure of the below tables is incorrect and needs refreshing through copy company



use [Intuate Group2]



Select * from _etblPeriodYear



Select * from _etblPeriod



Select * from _etblBudgets





use [Intuate_Group_2011]



Select * from _etblBudgets



Select * from _etblPeriodYear



Select * from _etblPeriod




Resolution

Open up SQL Server, insure you are querying the effected company and run the below script




use [Intuate Group2]



Select * from _etblPeriodYear



Select * from _etblPeriod



Select * from _etblBudgets





use [Intuate_Group_2011]



Select * from _etblBudgets



Select * from _etblPeriodYear



Select * from _etblPeriod
